Bakery and Confectionery Lab

SAMS has a separate high standard bakery and confectionery lab for the students to prepare most exclusive and delicious gateaus, assortment of breads, cakes, cookies, pastries, muffins etc. as a part of their practical training as per the requirement of the syllabus.
